How to Compensate Left Prayers & Ramadan Fast For About 40 Years

Dear Brother, Q1. I prayed only occasionally until about 40 years of age. I have now been very regular for the last 10 years. Is it possible for me to compensate for that by adding Qazza salats with my daily five-times prayers? Q2. I did not fast for about 20 years because I was actively flying fighter aircraft and the regulations do not permit fasting. While my wife fed people to compensate for that, I am not fully satisfied. Tell me if and how I can compensate.
Prayers missed compensation
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your comment: I prayed only occasionally until about 40 years of age.  I have now been very regular for the last 10 years.  Is it possible for me to compensate for that by adding Qazza salats with my daily five-times prayers?
May Allah Subhanah bless and honor you and us all to worship him in obedience and humility until we meet with our appointment of death.
Our Lord is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful. Allah Subhanah forgives everything when one does sincere Taubah and turns in repentance to Him. If you have done sincerely Taubah and repentance, which is evident from the fact that you have been praying regularly now for 10 years; it is expected that Allah will be Merciful and forgive the deeds we did in our ignorance.
It you still want to compensate for the missed prayers, you could increase your voluntary or nafl prayers which one prays after the obligatory prayers. If Allah Wills, they should compensate for the missed prayers.

Brother, if you have turned to Allah in sincere repentance and Taubah, then Insha Allah, you will find Allah Most Merciful and Very Forgiving. Taubah or sincere repentance is a deed, that completely wipes out all our evil deeds done in the past, provided we make a solemn covenant with Allah that we will try our best to abide by His commandments in the future.
If you still want to compensate for the missed fasts, then you could increase the voluntary fasts other the obligatory fasts of Ramadan. If Allah Wills, they should compensate for the missed fasts of all those years.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 39 Surah Zumur verses 53-54:(O Prophet) say: O My servants who have wronged their own souls.Do not despair of Allahs Mercy! Surely, Allah forgives all sins. He indeed is the All Forgiving, All Merciful.Return to your Lord and submit to Him before the scourge overtakes you; for then you may get no help from anywhere.

Our Lord is Merciful and Forgiving, and He loves nothing more than one amongst His slaves who turns to Him in sincere repentance and Taubah. May Allah accept yours and our repentance and Taubah, and make us of those who never ever despair of the Mercy of our Merciful Lord.

From Allah we have come, in Him we have believed, to Him we worship in hope and in fear, to Him we ask for forgiveness, and to Him is our ultimate return!

The only sin that Allah does not forgive is the heinous sin of shirk; and we are commanded in the Holy Quran to always stay clear of this heinous, horrible, monstrous and unforgivable sin!

Allah says in the Quran: Chapter 4 Surah An-Nisa Verse 48:Shirk (associating other deities with Allah) is the only sin that Allah does not forgive, and He forgives, whomsoever He pleases, sins other than this. For whosoever associates any other partner with Allah, does indeed forge a big lie and commits the most heinous sin

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah Maidah verse 72:Whoever commits shirk (invoking anything with Allah), Allah shall forbid for him Paradise, and Hell shall be his abode. And for such wrong doers there will be no one to help.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 39 Surah Zumar verse 65-66:If you commit shirk all your works will be rendered vain and you will be among the losers. Therefore, you should worship Allah Alone, and be among His grateful servants.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allahs Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
